Coir is a growing medium for organic cultivation, a sustainable by product, eco-friendly and ideal for a fine textured multipurpose, peat free compost especially recommended for seed sowing, potting and taking cuttings.

Made from the coir fibre element of coconut husks, the compost has added nutrients to provide seeds and young plants with the best possible start.

Coir compost should not be over watered and plants need feeding regularly.

This compost is not suitable for lime-hating (ericaceous) plants.
